Wedding Photography - terms and conditions
Please note - these are the Terms and Conditions you agree to when booking Adrian Bullers as your Wedding Photographer
At all times, every effort will be made to ensure the capture of the photographs required. If, due to circumstances beyond the control of Adrian Bullers (for example, but not limited to, changes in weather conditions, willingness of subjects etc), an agreed photograph is not taken, the photographer can accept no liability for this.
Adrian Bullers cannot be responsible for any damage to clothing (eg bride’s dress).
Adrian Bullers cannot be responsible for any errors in film processing or digital capture in film processing or digital storage by the film laboratory or memory card used for developing/storing the client’s prints and/or loss of/damage to photographs and/or negatives/images.
Adrian Bullers cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to albums/photographic prints in transit to the client.
If you are purchasing digital images of your wedding day they will normally be available approximately 15 working days after your wedding. If you are having a wedding album produced please select the photographs that you would like for your album within 8 weeks.
Digital images will all be supplied as taken, they will only be edited to a good level of exposure, colour and contrast (but no guarantee can be given of exact colour matching for all fabrics and locations or complete detail capture - it is sometimes impossible to record on film or digitally everything as seen by the human eye)
Your photographs will be provided on a USB stick - please also note that the removal of people or objects from photographs, shadows caused by the use of flash or altering the level at which the photograph was taken is not included in this editing process. (I can also provide a full wedding album design service, this comes with a much more comprehensive editing process)
Negatives/Cds are kept on file for five years so that extra copies of prints may be made during this period. Adrian Bullers cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of these negatives/digital images due to circumstances beyond his control.
All photographs are protected under the 1988 Copyright, Design and Patents Act section 77 and 80 which assigns the copyright of the photographs taken to the photographer. It is contrary to the Act, and an offence, either directly or through a third party, to copy, scan or reproduce the photographs in any way whatsoever, without the consent of Adrian Bullers.
Adrian Bullers reserves the right to use any photograph for publication (including web site), exhibition, display, or competition unless otherwise agreed with the client.
This contract is subject to alteration or cancellation by Adrian Bullers, owing to any cause beyond his control.
In the event of illness or incapacity which would prevent Adrian Bullers from carrying out this commission, he will make every effort to find a replacement photographer but no guarantee can be given.
Whilst the overall style of photography agreed will be observed as far as possible, Adrian Bullers reserves the right to deviate from the agreed wedding coverage if necessary and to be granted artistic license in relation to the photographs taken and the locations used.
Adrian Bullers is a licentiate member of the Master Photographers Association, the British Institute of Professional Photography and the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers.
